Mobile Presets only work on mobile devices, and Desktop Presets only on a computer. Desktop Presets allow you to do control more settings in Lightroom. Therefore they are better. However, mobile presets are better for you if you prefer to edit quickly on your mobile. Additionally, the Lightroom app on your mobile is free to use, but you need a Lightroom subscription on your desktop.

I have been using both the video presets and the Flow collection mobile presets, and they work amazingly on almost every picture. I’ve upgraded my camera gear and because of this I am expanding my collection by also getting the desktop version! Not only do they look gorgeous, they’re a great tool in learning more about the editing process which I love :)
I have been using presets from the Flow collection for several months, they give my photos mystery, beauty and uniqueness. I highly recommend. I will definitely decide to buy more collections.
